1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of African Animals Tours and Travel (AATT), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

• A deposit is required to confirm your booking
• Full payment must be received 60 days prior to tour departure
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment methods include bank transfer and credit card
• Additional fees may apply for late payments or changes to bookings

3. Cancellation Policy

• 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees
• 30-59 days: 50% refund
• 15-29 days: 25% refund
• 0-14 days: No refund
• Special conditions may apply for peak season bookings

4. Tour Modifications

AATT reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide comparable alternatives.

5. Travel Requirements

• Valid passport with at least 6 months validity
• Required visas and permits
• Travel insurance (mandatory)
• Necessary vaccinations
• Compliance with local laws and customs

6. Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions, AATT is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses occurring during tours. Participants acknowledge the inherent risks of wildlife viewing and adventure activities.

7. Media Usage

AATT may use photographs or videos taken during tours for promotional purposes, unless explicitly requested otherwise by participants.
